Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations – Watches
At Kalā Watch Co, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our timepieces and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before submitting a request.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The item is non-functional upon arrival.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons related to personal preferences, size, or color.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process claims for damage or defect, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video taken at the time of delivery. This is mandatory and helps us assess and resolve issues efficiently.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The watch must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags intact.
- All original packaging, manuals, tools, and accessories must be included.
- All bracelet links must remain unadjusted and attached.
- The item must be free of scratches or signs of wear.
- A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@kalawatches.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed reason for the return
- A unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- Proof of delivery date
- If your return is approved, we will share the return shipping label via email.
- Print the label and carefully pack the watch and all accessories and ship it back via the courier service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note in case of rejection, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only in cases where the item received is:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The item is non-functional upon arrival.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
We do not accept exchanges for aesthetic preferences, strap size, or case dimensions.
Warranty Policy
All Kalā watches come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipment.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in the movement
- Issues due to faulty components
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from water exposure unless specified as water-resistant
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
International Orders
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders unless the item is received defective or non-functional.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- To cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us at returns@kalawatches.com.
- Upon successful cancellation, a refund will be processed after deducting 5% of the order value as processing fees.
- Refunds are typically credited within 5–9 working days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations – Clothing, Straps & Accessories
Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- You may choose another item of equal or higher value.
- To be eligible for exchange:
- The item must be unused and in new condition.
- The original packaging must be returned along with the item.
- Any missing or damaged packaging may result in rejection of the exchange request.
- Please include your Order ID and phone number clearly on the return package.
- An exchange fee of ₹200 will be charged to cover reverse pickup and shipping of the new product.
- The replacement item will be dispatched only after the returned item and packaging are received and inspected.
- Natural variations in the leather grain and texture are a hallmark of its authenticity and craftsmanship, these are not imperfections, but part of what makes each strap unique
- Please note: We do not offer refunds on straps / clothing / accessories purchases.
